creates a 1st pattern and pre-production sample upon the committing to a production order. The 1st pattern is free of charge with production orders meeting our MOQs.It is an initial upfront charge, but is later rebated or applied to your production order.However,free pre-production samples cannot be created until we have received the production order deposit(or commitment?)
lf you would like a sample before putting in a production order,we can accommodate that request-While we can technically produce a finished sample for any garment, the cost of a sample can be prohibitively expensive in small orders.In small run orders, it is simply not cost effective to request a sample.If you want a sample no matter what, please be aware of the cost.
- Confirm order items and quantity,Once we know exactly what you will be producing we provide a quote and lead times.
- You pay 70% deposit for your order (new customer need 80% deposit for first 2 orders).
- We source materials for approval from you
- Materials are ordered
- We make PPS(Pre Production Samples) for approval
- Production
- Remaining 30% of balance will be paid before delivery.
Usually, we say after PP sample approved 25 days,
to the order quantity.We also can deal with express orders from place order to shipment for 40
days. But which need both team very close working to approval all the bulk fabric& trims and fitting
samples at first time to catch the delivery date in time.Generally,we will have a deadline table for
both sides to follow up.
If the total amount less than $10,000, 100%payment by T/T in advance
lf the total amount more than $10,000,30%deposit, balance 70% before shipment by T/T
We also can deal in L/C at sight,if the total amount more than $50,000
The price depends on the style’s workmanship,fabric quality,and bulk quantity, if you have
targeted,pls send us for better understand.We will base your final qty&target to offer you more
options to select.we believe everything can be negotiated to get a win-win business for both sides.

- We offer professional final inspection report like third party inspection company

- We will do fabric tests house like color fastness,fabric shrinkage…
- All the PP sample, we will do a garment washing test to better control the color fastness, color cross stain, and garment shrinkage, after everythingis OK,our QA and QC will set up a PP
meeting with our women clothing factory relative person,like paper making,fabric cutting, factory merchandiser,factory QC,and factory technician Manger and final packing to point out all the possibility and foreseeability problem for each style.
